Based in Northern California, Network Builders IT is an award winning managed IT services provider. We are a fast growing company that is focused on growing our Managed Services offering throughout California and other west coast territories. We are looking for a real go-getter who is confident, driven, hungry for success, self-motivated, outgoing, social and influential.  You DO NOT need to be technical, we have a whole team for that, but you should have a strong understanding of the sales process, excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. You should be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, ability to work with our technical team to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.

In this position, you should be prepared to give presentations to clients (ie: written proposals to present service offerings).  You will represent our company at local networking events (ie: morning coffee mixers, rotary meetings, business luncheons and after hours chamber mixers) and attend local trade shows.  It’s essential that our sales executive be personable, social and professional.  This is an opportunity to build relationships with clients and within our community.  This position is not for the timid and shy. Sales experience is a plus, but not required.  We will send you to a 3 day sales bootcamp and provide you with the necessary training.  Your success will be based on your efforts and drive. Job Requirements

  • EXCELLENT phone skills (ie: confident!!!, friendly, outgoing, personable and professional phone voice)
  • Proficient computer skills, typing, and grammar
  • Must be able to work and communicate effectively with customers, staff, and management
  • Ability to manage and coordinate scheduling of appointments, meetings, and events
  • Ability to adapt to multiple personality types while maintaining composure under pressure
  • Effectively multitasking (ie: multiple incoming calls and ticket generation)
  • Ability to take thorough notes and document accordingly
  • Attention to detail, neatness, professionalism
  • Positive attitude and outlook
  • Ability to look for solutions and improve processes and productivity – “finding a better way”
  • Team player in a fun, relaxed, yet professional environment
  • Light Daily Travel required (ie: for client appointments and social events) – we will provide transportation (car) and most travel is local in this area
